On July 8th, the first day of the summer childcare class for primary school students in Fengxian District, at this childcare class in Youkou Park, students and their parents "big hand holding small hand" go to and from work together.

  Around 8 o'clock in the morning, in addition to the regular employees, Fengxian District Youkou Park also welcomed some special little faces. They followed their parents, signed in one by one with the help of teachers and volunteers, and entered the classroom prepared for them. As the students arrived one after another, the small classroom began to get lively.

  The parents who sent their children to the childcare class all expressed their love for the childcare class. Not only do the children have fun, but it also provides a great care channel for them. A parent whose child just finished first grade last year said, "Last year's caring summer childcare class was right across from my office, and then I also learned about it. I thought it was pretty well run, so this year I wanted to send my kid over."

  In addition to basic courses such as safety education, the students also picked up their brushes and learned to draw the traditional Shaanxi specialty handicraft Ma Shao masks. Everyone listened attentively to the teacher's explanation, gave full play to their imagination, and used their brushes and paints to fill in the colors along the lines drawn on the Ma Shao, creating all kinds of creative mask paintings. Some students meticulously followed the sample pictures given by the teacher, some students took a different path and painted very eye-catching pink eye whites for the masks, and some students did not completely follow the line drawings and freely expressed themselves. Everyone had a great time.

  It is understood that the caring summer childcare class in Youkou Park is one of the locations set up in the park in Fengxian District this year. The childcare class is divided into two sessions. Now there are about 30 students enrolled in the first session, basically all children of employees in the park.

  Shen Kangli, a staff member of the Youth League Committee of Nanqiao Town, said, "This is the second year that we have set up a caring summer childcare class in Youkou Park. Considering that there are many dual-career families in our park's enterprises, we have also set up a caring summer childcare class in Youkou Park according to local conditions, effectively alleviating the urgent needs of some young employee families in our park, truly achieving a feeling of 'big hand pulling small hand'. Our parents and their children can go to school and work together, and then go home from school and work together."

  It is reported that this year's Fengxian District Primary School Student Caring Summer Childcare Class has set up 40 class locations across the district, with more than 2,400 primary school students enrolled. The two sessions of caring summer childcare classes provide 6 weeks of primary school student care services, and the project delivers 76 types of activities around "morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics, and labor". Students can learn a rich variety of extracurricular knowledge here, including red education, intangible cultural heritage classes, technological innovation, etc. Students can learn with their hands and brains, and spend a safe and happy holiday in the caring summer childcare class.
