Fengxian Entry-Exit Administration Launches Summer Night Services across 20 Citywide Locations Time:2025-05-29

At 5 p.m. on May 30, amidst the evening commute, the Entry-Exit Service Hall of the Fengxian Office of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau (SPSB) kicked off its first night session for document processing this year, right on schedule. As part of SPSB's public service initiative for the third consecutive year, 20 reception halls across the city opened their doors for night services on May 30. The move drew flocks of visitors to handle their affairs, with the venue well-organized and the procedures running smoothly.

To boost efficiency, the Fengxian Entry-Exit Service Hall rolled out a range of enhanced services for the night session. Volunteers in red vest were on hand to steer the crowd, swiftly direct citizens to the right windows, and provide clear answers to queries. Additionally, the hall moved the courier counter from behind the glass partition to an open space, allowing couriers to offer "step-by-step" assistance with mailing. These measures not only maintained smooth operations but also slashed wait times, making the experience far more streamlined for citizens.
