The "2024 List of Shanghai's Beautiful Model Villages" has been released. Fengxian District once again achieved remarkable success. Four villages from Fengxian - Xiwu Village in Qingcun Town, Lianmin Village in Fengcheng Town, Fenshuidun Village in Touqiao Sub-district, and Changdi Village in Zhuanghang Town, made the list. The total number of award-winning villages in Fengxian continues to lead the city.

  To date, Fengxian has created 47 city-level beautiful model villages, surpassing its goal of establishing 45 such villages by 2025 one year ahead of schedule. The district's achievements in both quantity and quality place it at the forefront of the city.
