by the "Kaiji Xiaoliyuan" Peking Opera Troupe of Touqiao Primary School was awarded second prize in the drama category. This marks a historic first for Fengxian in this national-level exhibition.

Founded in 2014, the "Golden Key" Choir of FEMS has grown into a distinguished group, earning recognition as a distinctive brand in Fengxian in 2022. Rooted in the belief that every student deserves a "golden key" to unlock a fulfilling life, the school has prioritized the choir's development. By blending student-centered initiatives with the school's cultural ethos and emphasizing both cultural inspiration and hands-on experience, the choir has flourished as a vital part of the school's identity. The choir has garnered significant acclaim, including an invitation to perform at the "Endless Melodies • Embracing the New Era" Shanghai Student Choral Festival Excellence Concert during the Shanghai Spring International Music Festival, where it represented the only junior high school from the entire city. Its accolades also include the second prize in the Choral Session of the Vocal Performance Category of the Shanghai Event at the 7th National Art Exhibition for Primary and Second School Students, the Best Original Work Award at the 2022 Shanghai Student Choral Festival, and the Silver Award at the 2023 Brahms International Winter Choral Festival.

Founded in 2023, the "Kaiji Xiaoliyuan" Peking Opera Troupe has focused on bringing the essence of traditional Peking Opera into the classroom. By immersing students in the rich heritage of this art form, the troupe aims to cultivate their cultural roots and national spirit. The troupe's performance has earned a spot in the opening ceremony of the Shanghai Campus Drama Festival, and the school has joined the Shanghai Student Drama Alliance. Many members of the troupe have received district and city-level accolades in drama.
