From early-stage planning and design to later operations and management, our technical backbone and managers need to shuttle frequently among Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Macao," said Mr. Cai, head of Huachang Group. "Before, we had to apply for an endorsement ahead of every trip, and the limited stay often disrupted the pace of our projects."

At the event, police officers walked attendees through the core details of the talent endorsement program—its scope, eligibility requirements, and application procedures—and addressed, point by point, the questions companies cared most about, such as the criteria for talent recognition and the specifics of required documentation, helping Huachang Group untangle its cross-border challenges.
