From July 26 to August 1, the 2026 National U15 Youth Basketball League Women's Regional Tournament (Suqian, Jiangsu) was successfully held at the Suqian Olympic Sports Center. Under the guidance of the Youth Sports Department of the General Administration of Sport of China, the event was jointly organized by the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) and the Federation of Chinese University and School Sports (FOCUSS), drawing 17 squads and approximately 255 athletes from across the country. In the final, Shanghai edged past Jiangsu 74-72 to capture the championship. The title-winning squad comprised nine players, seven of whom hailed from Fengxian. On the court, they showcased solid technical fundamentals and an indomitable competitive spirit, bringing honor to Fengxian's sports community.

The outstanding performance of the seven Fengxian athletes testifies to the dividends of integrating sports and education in talent development, and underscores the district's steady strides in strengthening its reserve talent pipeline and advancing the high-quality development of youth basketball.
